Internal Error 25190

I am trying to install a new version of Crystal Decisions,
Crystal Enterprise. The install goes great until it is
almost complete then MS Installer returns an Internal
Error of 25190. Can't find any documentation as to what
is going on. The Crystal support folks are scratching
their heads.

Suggestions????

Errors in the range 25000 to 30000 are reserved for custom actions. My first
guess would be a custom action failure, but without a verbose log file I can't
tell for sure. If you have the .MSI package itself and Orca, open the package up
and Orca and take a look at the Error table to see if you find that error
listed. Error messages for MSI top out at about 3000.

For additional troubleshooting, I'd recommend generating a verbose log file.
