Internal Audio Cable for AIW 9800

Where can I get an audio cable that goes from the internal "CD Out" audio
connector on the AIW 9800 Pro to the internal audio connector on my
motherboard? This cable is mentioned on page 51 of the AIW9800 user's
guide but it says "not included."

You should (or ought...) to be able to get one from your card manufacturer.

There's nothing magic about it--you should be able to find one at
CompUSA--they carry a belkin with both common types of audio connector at
each end for a ludicrous price.
