Hi Randy,
Check the printer drivers. Set the machines to a completely new printer
driver as the default and see what result you get. If it works with a
different printer driver then the issue is more related to needing an
updated printer driver or a printer driver that is more compatiable.
I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.

| Hello all,
| I have an Access 2000 application loaded in 12 different
| client offices which uses an Access 2000 runtime. Several
| offices have noted reports which act like they have gone
| to the printer but nothing prints. Then, they will run
| the report again and it will print out. It is never
| consistant and it is NOT a No Data to print issue as even
| if there is no data the report will still print out
| something. Has anyone ran into this? I have noticed that
| both client's who have experienced this behavior are
| running Windows XP machines with Access XP installed.
|
| Please advise and thanks for any help.
