On a site I set up I have an online employment application that gets
processed by ASP. I've tested it numerous times (from different computers)
and it always works, but on occasion when someone fills it out and hits
"submit" nothing happens. Any clue as to where to start looking?

There is no way to tell what is wrong without an error message. Check with the users that have to
problem to see what browser they are using, etc., if they have session cookies enabled, etc.

FYI: You might want to consider having the user type the word "YES" instead of selecting it in the
dropdown menu, because sometime the mouse can auto select value via the scroll wheel.

That's just it, there's no error, they click submit, and it's like they
clicked nothing, the form just sits there instead of submitting and
redirecting them to the confirmation page.

Ask the web host to stop and restart the site/server may clear this up.

We've done that, the other company I work for is the host.
Could a problem with a users PC cause a server side script to not work
properly?

It could be a browser security setting or firewall or AV application, etc.

I figure the only way to figure it out is to get my hands on a PC that it
isn't working correctly on.
Thanks for the assist.

Or check you server's raw logs for any errors at the ~ time the user had a problem
