interment problem dropped internet connection

Most of the time I can surf the web with no problem,
however from time to time when I try to open a web page it
will take up to 30 seconds for it to open up.I only have
this problem with computer where tha base station is
installed. the wireless connection to the second computer
seems to work ok. Any ideas what the problem could be?
