I just got a new PC. Windows Movie Maker was installed on it. I have a
problem though. Every time that I try to import video from my hard drive to
burn a movie I get the following error. "An interface has too many methods to
fire events from" When I try to look this up in the help file there's nothing
that comes up when doing a search. What do I have to do to be able to burn a
movie?

Your PC requires updates/patches/hotfixes etc.
The error message displayed indicates a conflict.
It dosen't actually refer to any prob with WMM,
It could be an OEM preinstalled software issue.
Your first port of call is Windows Update.
Click: Start/Windows Update
Allow the scan/validation etc
Eventually you will be presented with dialog with
two options: "Express" and "Custom"
Select: "Custom"
This option includes High priority updates but also
"Optional" updates - Install, and update your PC.

hey guys.. im dealing with the same thing like Chaslie. I try to capture from
mini DV via USB 2.0 (JVC-GR-DX307AG) and when i chose the video setting it
appears "an interface has too many methods to fire events from" and if i try
to click it again it appear "Unspicified Error".

Novice, i follow every step u told about installing the Windows Update, but
nothing happen. It still the same, i cant capture my video. What is going on?
What should i do? is it better to just buy Firewire to transfer it? or its
just the same?

Help me please.. i need to edit and send this video in 2 days. Not much time
left. I really appreaciate it.. thank u :)
