How can I configure a VPN, using W2K RAS as a router, between 2 LAN's if in each LAN there's a Linux based Firewall where the internet link is connected ?

Thanks

You will need to configure the firewalls to allow TCP port 1723 and IP
Protocol 47 (GRE) traffic.
