interactive ppt

Hi All,

I am looking for resources on creating interactive PowerPoint presentations.
These would be for teaching ppl about the Internet / Search Engines etc and
after each section a multichoice quiz and every couple of slides would
include some interaction from the audience to keep them interested and to
grasp the main concepts.

Any ideas, resources links etc. would be greatly appreciated.
