Is there anyway to format the text within the Interactive Logon: Message?
I'm looking to do carriage returns, centering, bold, italics, and other
things of this nature. I'm using group policies on a 2003 Server, mostly XP
clients.

Thanks,
Dayton

Do not think so.

I assume that you mean the box that pops up when someone tries to logon.
You know, the 'Unauthorized access to this computer and data network is
prohibited. Log on only if you are authorized to do so' message. There is
also the 'header' or 'title'. But as war as I know it is simple text....no
formatting of any sort.

Sorry!

Cary's right. There is no way to do this.

You could, however force a web page to pop, but this would be after the
logon event, rather than before.

Unless that web page is part of the machine startup script, rather than
the user logon script.
