Interactive Logon Disabled for Remote Connections

I set up a desktop to be able to accept remote connections
but I am now getting this messsage:

Your interactive logon privilege has been disabled. Please
contact your system administrator.

I cannot figure out how to set up the accounts so that
remote users can logon. I looked in Administrative Tools,
Local Security Policies but can't figure out what to
change. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Have you checked under system properties, remote tab that you have added the users that you wish to log on remotely?
