I am building a website with FP 2003. I would like to have either an
interactive calendar or a forum on the site. Is there anything pre-made
that I can use? How can I review the information before it's posted so I
don't get someone posting obscene messages.
Thank you for any help
Laura

You will need to search for a 3rd Party applications based on what server-side scripting and
database is supported by your web host. Have you contacted them?

FrontPage has a forum facility. However, it is rather crude. Per-made,
several, but you may want to check your hosting company. Many offer Invision
Powerboard as part of your service. You man also purchase a copy, but be
sure to check the prerequisites to determine if it can be used on your
host's server.

I know that all is available with http://www.minnesotashopper.com

Forgot to add. You will have to remove the obscene postings afterwards.

Thank you for your help. I will contact hosting company tomorrow.
When you say remove obscene messages later, does that mean I will have a
chance to do that before it's publicized or when using a forum, does the
info go immediately to the site?
Thank you again.

It is after the content has been posted (public), when you use the FP discussion web. You can find
3rd Party forum application that are moderated.
