Yep they work fine.
Yep you should put navs on every page.
You can easily optimize a 200K image down to 15-20k and not notice a
difference on the web. Use IrFanview, it's easy.
Don't use FP to do ANY image manipulation.
Dunno abt ImageZone, never used it. My two primary image editors are
Photoshop & IrFanview. For graphics creation I use Xara Xtreme and Acrylic
(beta).
Also with jpgs don't keep messing with them, the less you mess the better
the image will appear. jpgs are a lossy format so everytime you save/resave
you are losing a little data.
| You're kidding; they work??? Why don't they work for me? Maybe I should
try
| the page on my wife's computer and see what happens. For me, I hover over
| the button for long seconds (15 seconds maybe) before they change.
|
| You're probably right about the multiple pages. I guess I'll re-think
that.
| Perhaps just put the same buttons on each page so a person can navigate as
| they wish.
|
| Thanks for the other advice too. I know the files are not small, but I
| wanted to maintain a high quality image. Seems like the more you reduce
| their size, the fuzzier they get. I resized them with Microsoft ImageZone
| Plus. Will the program you mentioned maintain a high quality image; i.e.,
| sharpness and detail?
