what is the difference between interactive user account and network user
account
locale on active directory user and computer, what's the actually effect when
i set denied on ntf permission and share permission.pls give me an example

Interactive means the authentication was an interactive authentication such as a
local logon. Network user is authenticated as a network authentication such as
accessing a remote share.

it mean that if i set interactive denied on acl local user will no longer
access the resources
so if i set network denied on acl all user on network will no longer access
the resources

right

Mostly, it really depends on the type of authentication used, not necessarily
their physical location. Some types of remote access use interactive
authentication. Test well the scenarios you support.

i still got a license question about windows 2003
if my firm have 2 server and 30 client frequently connect to 2 server
so the license on per server will be 60 cal right ?
opposite the license on per device and per user wil be 30 cal right ?

can i apply to windows 2000 server ?

I am not a license person so take this with a grain of salt.

Per seat should allow you to work with only 30 CALs.
