Ever since I installed Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta, I'm
having problems w/ my CD-ROM drive. I can insert a disk,
read it, write to it, but I cannot get it to eject. I have
to uninstall the device in Device Manager and reboot,
where the system recognizes new HW and reinstalls the
driver. Then I can eject using either the software
commands when I select it under MY Computer or by pushing
the eject button. Put in a new CD-ROM and read it, and
immediately I cannot eject the disk either way. This
behavior started right after installing AntiSpyware Beta.
I know it doesn't sound logical, but could it be??
