Hello Guys!

I would like to interact with outlook
I would like to insert a link in an email, if the user click on the
email it will create him a new calendar event. note that the calendar
event would have a preset time and date.
Is it possible?! if it is can you give me some hints, I've been trying
to figure it out for some time now.

will you have the appointment created or do you need to create it on the
fly? if created, place an ical on a webserver and link to it. if you want to
create it on the fly you'll need to script it on the server - check web
development groups for assistance.

Assuming you're sending over the Internet, just save your calendar event as
an ICS file, host it on a web server and link directly to that ICS file.
That way, you don't even need to worry about what calendar application your
recipients use.
