Intenet Explorer Colour Problem

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix the colours that appear when you
go to a website and enter text in the fields that are provided. Example when
i visit hotmail where it asks you to sign in with your email address and
password the fields appear as a "peach" colour instead of a white one

Uninstall all third party toolbars.
