intellisync with windows xp sp2

Several co-workers and I have ran into a problem with
intellisync since upgrading to service Pak 2. It starts
to sync the data from the PDA to the PC, but then ends in
error asking to send information to microsoft. Have
uninstalled and reinstalled intellisync software.

Any suggestions?
