Intellipoint 5.0 mouse side button configure

Im missing commands from the intellipoint 4.21 in the ip 5.0 software .. what can i do to get "open startmenu" and "run" back so i can configure my mousebuttons for it? missing in ip 5.0 :(

Not a thing! MS had decided to remove these commands in 5. Only thing is
to remove 5 and re-install 4.12 9or 4.21).
