Intel to put memory controller on a CPU

According to The Inquirer, one of Intel guys at CeBIT announced plans
of integrating memory controller with the CPU. Sounds lika a nice "me
too" :).

What did they have to bribe the Intel chipset division to let go of
some of their memory controller guys to the CPU division, or did the
CPU guys have to hire new people to work on the integrated memory
controllers? :-)
