in response to AMD's succes

nope, in response to APPLEs demand of a cheap P4 chipset with integrated
graphics controller. 915(G) is going bye bye, and guess what was in those
APPLE x86 development boards?

I was just wondering if Nvidia's reply a day or so ago had anything to
do with this. Maybe Intel wanted Nvidia to jump on the bandwagon like
ATI did, but since they refused and a big shortage was in the works
Intel had no choice but to dig in.

I do agree with Nvidia logic on this one we all know that Intel loves
to play hard ball, as soon as any one company gets too close Intel will
bring its army to bear. Then their are the software drives to worry
about. Seems that the big boys are having problems with drivers as it
is, adding more to the mix is something they might be weary of.
