Can any one help

I Have a Packard Bell computer

Non of the experts seem to be able to I am running
Windows XP Home when I start up the above device has not
been loaded (little yellow exclamation mark in device
manager) doesn't happen all the time
Ive had all the so called expert on no on can help !!
Most of the hardware has been replaced including the
mother board
some one out there must know the answer ?

Get AIDA32 http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php and check the
actual manufacturer and serial number of your motherboard.
If it is an Intel made board or is using Intel chips, Intel
has downloads of drivers required to initially setup a new
motherboard. Look on
www.intel.com for drivers and downloads, enter your
specs to find the proper drivers.

If your board was built by some other company and it uses
some or all Intel chips, check their web site first.
