Hi,

I´m searching for documentation of an "Intel Netport Express Pro" -
Printserver´. I printed the configuration-page (it says IP 192.168.1.10 /
255.255.255.0) , but a don´t get an answer if I send a ping to this address.
I set an host-entry (arp -s 192.168.1.10 followed by the MAC-Adress).
The IP of my PC is temporaly 192.168.1.15, but I want it it set back to a
192.168.0.X-Adress (the rintServer should also get a 192.168.0.X-Adress)
Does anyone have an idea or a manual?

best regards,

Uwe

There should be a button I think on the back to print out the
configuration of the PrintServer. You need to make sure you are both on
the same subnet. Example: If the PrinterServer is really set at
192.168.2.1 and Your IP is 192.168.1.10, You would not see it until you
set your computer's IP to say 192.168.2.20. The 2 is the subnet.
