The EM64T is working on Intel IA-32 structure. Does it mean that the Intel
64 bit cpu is an emulation and it is not actually working on 64 bit by
hardware?

No. It means the IA32 architecture was extended by AMD and Intel to make it
a 64 bit architecture.

There's a lot of talk about just how "64-bit" AMD64 and EM64T really are in
the high-forehead hardware corners of the web, but whatever EM64T and AMD64
are, they're not an emulation.
