how do i run an integrity check on my W2k Network SP4 with 3 domain
controllers?

I have the w2k resource kit, if needed, but don't know how to use the
utilities to just check the Health of my A/D.

i'm about to upgrade to Exchange 2003 from 2000 and i want to make sure it's
healthy and has 100% integrity.

The two most important tools for diagnosing problems with Active Directory
are Netdiag and DCdiag both tools are available on the Server CD in support
tools. Updated versions for Win2k are available for download from
http://download.microsoft.com. The Win2k3 Server CD already has the latest
versions if you have the Win2k3 CD already.

Use dcdiag /h and netdiag /h for a list of tests.

Agree, DCdiag and Netdiag are the appropriate tools to verify the AD
integrity.

The following article addressed Netdiag and DCdiag in win2k networking, you
will get a general idea about them:
