We have a network in one city and another city on another network that would merge the two together through trust.
Now we want to merge these two domain name. For example, a domain name, sony and other Ericsson.
Which later merged sonyericsson

As far as domain name is concerned then you can have a domain name which consist both of your earlier domain names. But I think your question is about hosting that whether this domain will work on your local host or not.
