Integration of an W2000-DC in an W2003-ADC

Hi over there,
we are planing to move an NT4-Domain up to
W2003(MixedMode) by adding an new NT4-PDC and migrating
this one to 2003 -- as we have to wait serveral
weeks before we are able to add an second 2003-
Server, we are wondering if its possible to dcpromo
an existing 2000-Server to be a beneficially
second host for the 2003-ADC-datasets (this one cannot
be migrated, because its hosting an IIS5-Application,
that does'nt like to run with IIS6).
Does this make sense ? Any hints ?

w2003 mixed mode domains support NT4, w2000 and w2003 DCs,
so you should be fine.
