command will function from both ADs clients. Can you help

Trying to decipher your request...

Do you mean you have two 2 different AD domains?
And if so, do you want the zones available on each DNS server for each
domain?

Can you be more specific with examples please?

Thank you Asif.

Still not enough info. I also actually wanted you to state specifically your
intentions. I'm going to try to assume here...

Is PTI-MC.edu and Pet.edu in the same forest?
What operating system is this?

I believe you want to put a copy of ther pet.edu zone on the DNS server that
hosts the PTI-MC.edu zone, and make them AD Integrated, correct?

And you want to put a copy of the PTI-MC.edu zone on the DNS server that

You can't AD Integrate the above in W2k. YOu can make a secondary copy on
each others' DNS.

In W2k3, you can, provided they're in the same forest.

A man of a few words...

We usually ask for specifics to better help you out instead of us resorting
to guessing. I hope you understand that is the reason why when we ask for
more information. It's not to pry, but rather to understand your scenario
and configuration in order to help us give YOU accurate answers or
suggestions.

In response to your question, without knowing much else, from what I've
deduced, then I would suggest for you to follow my suggestions to make
secondary copies.

You create a secondary zone on the other server and specify the Master IP of
the server that holds the Primary zone. Make sure zone transfers are allowed
from the server holding the Primary zone to the server that will hold the
secondary zone.

See this article:
How to Create a Secondary Zone 308201:
