Windows XP pro: Epson perfection scanner 2400 Photo. I have been trying to
scan some photographs. Each time, I get an error - Scan assistant:
Insufficient memory or disc space. When I close the error box, all copies
are deleted. What do I do to access more disc space? I have restarted my
computer, deleted all cookies, temp files and history.

I am scanning at 150 dpi. Is that too high? 150 dpi seems to be the
default setting.

Thanks for the website. Looks like a great one.

No, 150 DPI is not too high....I usually
scan color prints at 300 DPI.

The following Epson document suggests
reinstalling the Epson software.

My scanner software

Thanks, John, for all your help. Why didn't I think of that? Re-installing
the Epson software. That should work.

So long for now, until my next problem and you come galloping to my
rescue.....again!!! Thank you.

You're welcome...

I hope the reinstall solves the problem.
