Insufficient disk space

The Camera and scanner wizzrd says that I have "insufficient disk space" to
load my pictures into my PC.
I can load my pictures using Picture It with the G drive on my card reader
with no problem. AFAIK, there's tons of memory in the PC and the same files
that won't work with the Wizzard do work with Picture It.

Please help me.

Temporary Internet files?
