I am using a third party database software program that
utilizes a part of MS Access. When I try to use some of
the functions of the program I get the following error
message: Insufficient Base Table Information For Updating
Or Refreshing. The company who originally supplied the
software is no longer in business. Anyone know how to fix
this? TIA.

what part of msaccess does it use?
is the MDB separate?
if you can get the database tables, then rebuilding the app or moving to a
new one are about the only two choices you have

This sounds like it's probably an error generated by this application,
not by Access. As Salim suggests, you may be obliged to rebuild the
functionality in Access, if you can't get the original programmers
involved. Good luck!
