Instructions/Procedures for Uninstalling IE 7.0

Judging by all these posts about bugs in IE 7.0 Beta,
I'm thinking about going back to IE 6.0.

Where do I find instructions on how to uninstall
IE 7.0 and where do I download IE 6.0 ?

I first would have to download IE 6.0 before
uninstalling IE 7.0, yes ?

You should ask in the IE7 newsgroup but downloading IE6 should not be
an option.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
