instant support

When I try to send my message to instant support,It wont
send.It tells me I am not connected to the internet.But I
am connected.It also says my message is in my outbox and
will be sent as soon as I connect to the internet.These
messages are pileing up.Can anyone help?

Which program are you using for mail? It can depend on how your PC is
configured.
Right click the internet explorer icon on your desktop, click 'properties'
then click the 'programs' tab.
It will tell you on that panel what your default email is.
If its Outlook Express, open that program, click on 'tools' then 'accounts'
then the 'mail' tab.
You can check that your email account is 'installed' there, and also how
it's configured by clicking the properties button to check
username/password/server settings etc..
