Hi. I am a new user and need assistance. This my seem like an insignificant question for many. However, I could use your assistance.
I have an Optimum Online email account. However, I cannot use Instant Messenger as the message displayed is that MY Contacts are not on line. When they try to send an instant message to me, they get a message that my account is not valid or setup.
Is this because it is an optimum online email account?
How do I correct this as it keeps referring me to my read message s(Inbbox) abd select verify. I never received such a message. Only a message from Optimum online advising that my email account is complet.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
