Instance Support Compaq

Every time I turn on my computer ( a compaq) my instance support states I
haave a message wating. When I check the inbox there is amessage from my
enternet explorer stating there is no message , that all was a mistake. Is
there any thing I can do to correct this.

It's been a long time since I've used the Compaq support tools but if you
open that program, it should retrieve the support message from Compaq
for you and display it in the program's window. It's usually a notice about
a new driver or other update available from Compaq. Check the
documentation from Compaq for more directions.
