Every time I try and install any program I get this error
1: Failed to install ISKernal Files Make sure you ahve
approrite privlages on this machine

I have the highest level of privlages on my machine. I'm
on XP any help would be great.
 
When I contact them they send me back to people that then send me back to InstallShield and so on in a never ending cycle
 
Did you logon to an account with administrator rights?

Unfortunately InstallShield is not a part of Windows XP, but a
third-party application. You could try to feed an Internet search
engine with informations about the problem to see if help is available
elsewhere. F. e. www.Google.com allows you to scan alternate Usenet
groups as well.
