I have been having problems with my installshield Wizard as of late. I go to install this new game I have and I get this error.
Error Code: -5003 : 0x5
Error Information:

I am completely updated accoprding to Windows Update.
I have tried installing from hard drive, daemon tools, alchohol clones, and straight from game disk.
I have tried in safe mode and in admin account.
I have browsed multiple forums and all fingers point to my installshield.
Please help me!!
