Installs After Downloads Never Start

Hello...

Whenever I download anything mainly Windows Updates, the
install goes fast but it takes forever for the install to
start. What can I do? Thanks!

Make sure also that you have plenty of room in your TIF and that your TEMP
folders are cleaned before you start the installation.
