Jayteerth,
This is a peer support newsgroup for specific problems, your requests are so
broad, it would take volumes to help you. Check out the Linux newsgroups and
Linux distributors, support web sites. Do some google searches, and when you
access the newsgroups, do it with a newsreader and look through the
available posts for answers before posting a question.
But the first thing you need to do is configure your system into multiple
partitions using third party partitioning software, or wipe the hard drive
and use fdisk or the XP CD to create multiple partitions.
You would then install XP first, then Linux. The rest will require much
research on your part.

And to top that, and answer your last question, Windows XP cannot access
Linux partitions unless you install Linux on a FAT32 partition, which isn't
the best option as many many Linux users will tell you...
