How do you install net framework 1.1 on computers not connected to the
internet and thus not connected to Windows Update?

I don't understand the question. Do you or do you not have the
Installation Setup file ? (dotnetfx.exe)

The Redistributable can be obtained from

You put the installation disk in your CD or DVD ROM drive. Then follow the
instructions to install the framework.

Thanks all! Cerberus, you understood perfectly, the redistributable was
what i was looking for - in all the wrong places

Kevin, thanks. The CD was stuck to the table in a gummy mass of Vodka, ice
cream and cake. If I could have picked it up, I would have put it in.
I just need the framework so that apps requiring it will run on a couple of
computers.
