You will have to load the drivers for the SATA Drive from a Floppy Disk.
At the very beginning of Installation it asks if you want to add any third
party drivers and if yes to hit F6.
Insert the floppy and do as it instructs.

their is no floppy will the drivers be on the motherboard cd

Probably. Remember SATA didn't really exist (or at least wasn't
commercially available) when WinXP was initially developed. Very early
in the boot process, just after having booted from the WinXP CD, the
screen will display the words to the effect: "Setup is examining your
system." Press <F6> when this happens, and have the *manufacturer's*
WinXP-specific drivers for your SATA controller available on a floppy disk.

Then you'll need to purchase one. This can't be done any other way.
USB floppy drives are quite inexpensive.

will the drivers be on the motherboard cd

They should be, but they may be in a compressed format that you'll have
to extract/expand to place on the floppy disk.
