I have had several different systems on my computer. I
purchased xphome and have tried to install. I get the
message that I have a partion and I don't want anything on
my computer but xp. the system is telling me I cannot go
on because there are setup files it cannot delete the
partion.. I have had xp before, and Windows ME. What do I
do. I do not have a boot disk.

Greetings --

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
