I am wondering if I will run into any problems installing Windows XP Home over Windows 2000 NT. The reason why i bought the upgrade is because I could not load some programs onto my Windows NT. This is for home use and no network was involved. (original purchase mistake)

Only Windows XP Professional can upgrade over Windows 2000/NT Workstation.
Windows XP Home Edition cannot perform this upgrade, therefore a "clean install"
will be required.
