Installing XP craps out with memory dump error.

Installing XP craps out with memory dump error. I have
tried several different things. It copies fils fine then
it starts installing and it craps out with *** STOP:
0X00000050 (0XBF7F0020,0X00000001,0X80526A5E,0X00000002)

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAY WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
