installing word

dear very helpful people!!

I'm trying to use word but it tells me to type in my product key when I do
this it tells me its the wrong product key. HELP what should I do?

The product key is normally printed on the orange stick on the cd case,
or some other sticker (depending on packaging).

Be careful to type exactly as printed, noting that D is not O, and other
misinterpretation of letters and numbers.

If it continues to fail to work, return it to the where you bought it
and demand another.

(perhaps it is counterfeit?)

Find the correct product key and be sure to enter it
correctly. Where did you get the installation CD for the
WORD program?
