Installing Winfax in a Domain

Hi, I've got Office 2000 running in my workstation and I need to use the Symantec Fax program that comes bundled with Outlook. The thing is, that while this software works while running Outlook outside of the Domain (In an Internet Zone), this feature dispears from my list of services once I join Outlook to the domain. My question is wether there's a way to overcome this problem

WinFax SE only worked (and not very well at that) when Outlook is running in
Internet only mode. If you use Outlook in corporate/workgroup mode (check in
Help, About Microsoft Outlook) you can't use WinFax SE.
