Do you have a network boot system setup to install Windows XP from?

If not - then you could make a boot disk/CD/DVD and get network up and
running, map a network drive and start it from there.

Still requires some setup, though.

Will u plz clear ur point ? It's very clear 2 me.
Is it the way ?....
First I have 2 map the CD drive of the networked computer. I have 2 insert
the bootable Windows Xp CD in the network drive (CD Drive) and then boot my
computer. Will this work fine ?

No.

By the way - this is a newsgroup - we are not texting back and forth. ;-)

Unless you have an server setup and your dns pointing to said server for
network booting - the network boot will do you no good.

You can create a boot disk (CD, FDD, DVD) to boot to a DOS/*nix environment
with Network Support, map a network drive, then start the installation of
Windows XP from that network mapped location. You could even copy the
entire CD down to the mahcine and start the install locally.
