you need to contact the vendor of your computer they may give you a new
install cd for free if you still have the warranty o provide a copy for a
less price

Mrs C you need to give out a bit more information if you just want a yes/no
answer.

What brand of pc is it ?

Did it come with a full XP pro disk? And if so have you got a legitimate
key and can prove you are the owner (receipt)?

Or was XPpro embedded on the hard drive and if so did you get a recovery
disc or were given a function key combination to bring up the install
options?

Did you get it from a local manufacturer who installed an OEM version of
XPpro?

If you don't, presumably your computer came with Windows preinstalled.
Contact you vendor to find out how to do this.

You have the key but not the software. How quaint.

OEM's put the sticker on the side of the box, so its difficult to lose.
The disk on the other hand is not affixed to anything.
