Installing Windows XP Home Full Version

I had f-disked my hard drive. I have flashed the BIOS and done everything I
can think of, but can not get xp to install. Sometimes it starts to load
drivers, sometimes it want to format, but every time I put the disk in, it
will stop before it even gets to where it want the serial number. Never the
same place. I am running ME right now, so does anyone have any idea on how
to install this program ???
 
I have no idea what your trying to tell me when you say use the winxp cd
tools. If they are on the cd, how do i get to them before I install XP ???
