Installing Windows XP But Getting A Blue Screen

As I'm installing Windows XP Home Edition, I incounter a
blue screen at about 15 percent of the installation. The
blue screen says, "A problem has been detected and windows
has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer."
Also a few troubleshooting tips, but don't work with this
situation. On the bottom of the screen it says,

Technical Information

*** STOP: 0x0000000A

O, this is a new motherboard and processor, but with old
harddrive off the first system with different motherboard
and processor.

Any help would be awesome, and save me some money. Thanks
