on 2 forums that this will bring errors like losing the Vista Loader

I remember that Windows XP have the option of install the OS on a new
partition if we have a previus OS Instal

This operation will cause troubles?

What is the correct way of install the 2 OS on the same Machine? install XP
and then Vista

Greetings

-- I haven't TRIED any of this. It just logical thinking based on
experience.

It should be possible to do the other way around but I haven't tested:
First you need to restore XP boot stuff : bootsect /nt52
then after installing xp: bootsect /nt60 .. and then from vista edit the
vista boot menu: bcdedit

bootsect is on Vista DVD
